Solve Computer Solutions can provide you with a level of support that is suitable for your business or personal needs. We will conduct a free consultation session to assess your user support needs and identify any improvements to your existing network or computers that we feel would benefit you.

User Support checklist

After the client consultation session that will help us clarify the level of user support you require, we will provide you with a Service Level Agreement that outlines the provision of services offered. This agreement details every aspect of the user support package that you require.

Packages include :

  • Regular  Anti-Virus  definition updates and scans
  • Firewall   filter   control   setting   and  log  analysis
  • System   cache   and   temporary   folders   sweep
  • OS   file   de-fragmentation
  • Adware   and   Spyware   definition   updates   and   scans
  • System   driver   updates
  • System   back-ups   of   critical   data

We can gear your level of user support so that you can utilize your existing anti-virus and firewall products or we can recommend other third party software vendors whose products we feel are suitable to your needs.

Various market leading software options are available as are numerous open-source and freeware applications.

User Support packages :

  • Single visit - if you just want your system cleaned and have no need for a support contract.
  • Weekly - recommended if computer used daily many numerous people.
  • Monthly - for single use systems where internet access is limited.
  • Quarterly - recommended for home users where internet use is minimal.

All support costs are relative to the amount of computers that are included in the SLA. New computers can easily be integrated into any support packages at minimal costs to the client

Support Helpline

All user support customers are given access to our 24 hr helpline for any urgent out-of-hours solutions.

 

Support contracts are usually conducted out of office hours when your computers are not being used. This is necessary to allow for full system scans to be performed without disrupting the daily use of your computer.

Support contracts may also be performed upon computers within our workshop.
