All user support customers are given access to our 24 hr helpline for any urgent out-of-hours solutions.
Support contracts are usually conducted out of office hours when your computers are not being used. This is necessary to allow for full system scans to be
performed without disrupting the daily use of your computer.
Support contracts may also be performed upon computers within our workshop.
